I know how cases get built because I spent sixteen years overseeing the people who build them. That insider view of law enforcement procedure, evidence handling, and case construction is what I bring to the other side of the table. My background in pastoral ministry adds something else: the ability to sit with people in the worst moments of their lives and earn enough trust that they tell me the truth.
I look for what was missed, assumed, or never asked. Witnesses, scenes, timelines, video, records. The goal is simple: find the facts that create reasonable doubt, and find them before trial.
A sentence should account for a whole life, not just the worst day in it. I develop comprehensive social histories and identify the mitigating factors that help a court see the person standing in front of it.
Neutral, careful fact-finding for misconduct allegations, internal disputes, and compliance concerns. Everyone gets heard. The report says what the evidence supports, and nothing more.
Sensitive, trauma-informed, unbiased inquiries for colleges and universities, conducted to the standards federal compliance requires and the people involved deserve.
Vetting that goes past the database pull, for sensitive placements and litigation, where character and history actually matter.
My reports are written to fit into your strategy, not to sit in a file. Think of me as an extension of your team. To discuss a case, email grady@summitresourcesinc.com.
